Study of preparation conditions for sulforaphane intake

Sulforaphane was measured under specific hydrolysis conditions in a study presented at the 2025 Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition conference.
The powder was mixed with room-temperature water, microwaved for 20 seconds, and measured after standing at room temperature for 10 minutes.
The team tested MANMEOKSUL powder under different hydrolysis conditions and presented a preparation method for sulforaphane intake.

Why mix it with warm water?
In warm water, the myrosinase enzyme converts glucoraphanin in broccoli sprouts into sulforaphane.

저는 50대 중반입니다. 요즘 들어 눈밑이 조금씩 처지는 게 신경 쓰였습니다. 생각보다 더 늙어 보이더라고요. 아이크림도 이것저것 발라봤는데 큰 변화는 잘 모르겠었습니다. 이번에는 이너뷰티를 한번 해볼까 해서 만먹설 개인맞춤형을 먹기 시작했습니다. 지금은 3g 제품을 하루 2번 먹고 있습니다. 처음에는 피부까지 달라질 거라고는 생각하지 않았습니다. 그런데 7일 정도 지나니까 피부가 조금 단단해지는 느낌이 분명히 있었습니다. 2주 정도 지나니까 눈밑 처짐도 예전보다 확실히 덜해 보입니다. 그때 문득 “이너뷰티라는 게 이런 거구나” 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 먹는 제품인데 피부가 달라지는 느낌이 들어 신기했습니다. 지금도 계속 먹고 있습니다. 꾸준히 먹어볼 생각입니다.

묽던 변이 조금 더 단단해지고, 배변 후에도 편해진 것 같습니다
저는 20대 청년 남성입니다. 예전부터 변이 약간 묽은 편이었습니다. 설사를 하는 정도는 아니지만 배변 후 뒤처리가 깔끔하지 않은 느낌이 있어서 은근히 신경이 쓰였습니다. 식사 시간도 불규칙하고 야식도 종종 먹었습니다. 브로콜리새싹 제품을 섭취하기 시작할 때는 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다. 그런데 2~3주 정도 지나면서 변이 조금 더 단단하게 모양이 잡히고, 배변 후에도 전보다 편해진 것 같습니다. 중간에 잠시 섭취를 쉬었던 기간이 있었는데 그때는 다시 변이 조금 묽어지는 느낌이 있었습니다. 그래서 다시 섭취를 시작했습니다. 처음 먹고 배변이 편해졌을 때와 비슷한 느낌입니다. 배변 후에 느끼던 불편함이 줄어든 것 같아 만족하고 있습니다. 지금은 꾸준히 섭취해볼 생각입니다.
