Return eligibility
Returns may be considered for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Submit a return request with your order number within seven days of delivery. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Damage or wrong item
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, send your order number and a description of the item within seven days of delivery.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the return results from our error or confirmed shipping damage.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges may be excluded.
When returns cannot be accepted
Returns of opened or used products or products without their original packaging are restricted, except where required by applicable law.
