Wellbeing 200 presented a poster on broccoli sprout sulforaphane extraction optimization, researched jointly with the Healthcare Spa Industry Promotion Agency, at the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition conference held October 23–25, 2024.
The research focused on sulforaphane quantification and optimal extraction conditions. The agency provided consultation and testing support. Wellbeing 200 described it as groundwork for a prototype.
