On October 31, 2025, Wellbeing 200 presented research on MANMEOKSUL sulforaphane generation conditions at the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition conference. The experiment used the commercial product, following ingredient research in 2024.
When MANMEOKSUL was mixed with room temperature water, microwaved for 20 seconds, then left at room temperature for 10 minutes, the measured sulforaphane was 8.12 ± 0.02 mg/g.
The study informed preparation instructions and quality management criteria. It was separate from the September 2025 test report measuring 8.45 mg/g.
